remark by first time consumers is that the Wellfoods Pizza cannot possibly
be gluten free because it tastes too good. The taste and texture comes out of months of trial and error by our award winning bakers in formulating the product. Ingredients are routinely tested AND . . . . . . For your added assurance EACH AND EVERY BATCH made is placed on hold until a gluten test has been performed. Only when a test confirms that the batch is gluten free does our quality assurance manager release the batch for dispatch. (This is one of the reasons why it is a little more expensive than standard pizza bases). |
