The Cake now has a shelf life of 21 days in an ambient temperature, without using the normal cake preservatives such as Potassium Sorbate or Propionate. However it is still important to store the cake correctly. Upon receipt of a months supply, depending on space, keep up to 4 of the Cakes in the refrigerator, and place the others in the freezer. Enjoy the cakes from the fridge at your leisure for the next 12 days, and then move one cake at a time from the freezer to thaw overnight in the fridge.
