Gluten Free and other free from foods
Fosters Bakery make baked products to commercial customer specifications which includes free from foods such as gluten free bread and bakery products.
We have dedicated production facilities to make those products and we test like crazy (according to our accountant, who’s always moaning about the cost of lab tests - but we don’t listen)
Production of gluten free products at Fosters (and other foods too) was filmed by BBC1’s “food fighters” documentary in June 2011. This showed just some of the steps we take to ensure our gluten free products are “food safe” for people intollerant to gluten.
Our subsidiary company WELLFOODS Limited supplies gluten and wheat free foods to consumers. They have their own website.
