My name is Stephanie Downing; I am the Human Resources advisor at Fosters Bakery.

Front left is Pete who has been making cakes at Fosters for over 40 years and is mentioned on the pack of some of our cream cakes.

When producing food we wear special blue hairnets, overalls and a face mask if you have a face hair. Pete has just popped his mask off for this photo - don’t write in! For some jobs we also wear special surgical gloves and, of course, we wear safety shoes in case you accidentally drop a cream bun on your toes! (only joking - health & safety is a serious matter and a baking tin or rolling pin on your toes might hurt rather more than a cream bun)
