We make:- sponge cakes, muffins, choux pastry goods, puff and danish pastry, croissants, fresh cream cakes, trifles, gingerbreads, shortbread, viennese, fudge brownies, bakewell tarts, tarts & flans, egg custard tarts.

Corporate celebration cakes.
We make special cakes for photocalls, displays and celebrations such as product launches. These cakes are bespoke for the occasion so be aware that some of the colourings we use to match the corporate requirement may contain nasty E numbers that can cause hyperactivity in children.
We make these cakes as a service for our existing customers and their clients; it’s part of the Foster heritage. We don’t specialise in these sorts of cakes and we don’t try to push them; but for our nice customers we aim to please. (How’s that for a sales pitch!)
